BRAND FACILITIES MANAGER:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Facilities Manager to manage daily shipping and distribution as well as overall management of inventory and incoming merchandise . You will be the one to ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner as well as all other aspects pertaining to daily warehouse operations. 

A successful shipping manager is analytical, well-organized and excels in communication. They must be comfortable with paperwork and information systems and have great knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures. 

The goal is to ensure that the shipping processes are running smoothly and effectively and our warehouse environment is positive and efficient! 

Responsibilities

  • Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders 
  • Manage all important documents such as customer invoices, shipping labels and forms, incoming merchandise invoices, etc. 
  • Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment 
  • Inspect labels and other features of completed orders 
  • Supervise and lead all warehouse personnel  
  • Control budget of the shipping department 
  • Collaborate with all pertinent employees of Luca + Grae to optimize overall success of company  
  • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders 
  • Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies 
  • Report to management on activities and issues 
  • Manage inventory and ordering needs of all warehouse/shipping supplies to ensure stock levels are current  
  • New inventory processing using software to create new listings, as well as order accuracy, quality control, sizing, tagging, hanging, and warehouse placement 

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as shipping manager 
  • Solid knowledge of logistics procedures 
  • Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of online shipping site management and navigation 
  • Good understanding of budgeting and reporting 
  • Experience in directing and evaluating warehouse team staff 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with efficient follow through of daily schedule  
  • Attention to detail 
  • Problem-solving abilities 
  • High school diploma or college degree. 
  • Previous retail/shipping managerial experience 
  • Knowledge and previous experience working in the fashion/retail industry

 

This is a full time position with operational hours Monday – Friday.  Weekend work will be required several times annually for full warehouse inventory and holiday shipments.  Position is located in Kaysville, Utah (Salt Lake City and surrounding area physical location is required).  Salary TBD based on experience and knowledge of job scope.  Position is available beginning September 1, 2018. CUSTOMER SERVICE/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE:

Currently seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Requires a high school diploma or college degree and some element of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under supervision. Typically reports to a manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. 
 

 Responsibilities 

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution 
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs 
  • Strong skills in proper grammar/punctuation and professional communication skills via email 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 
  • Manage customer service emails 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools 
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutions

 Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

This is a part time position with operational hours Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Weekend work will be required several times annually for full warehouse inventory and holiday shipments.  Position is located in Kaysville, Utah (Salt Lake City and surrounding area physical location is required).  Salary TBD based on experience and knowledge of job scope.  Position is available beginning September 1, 2018. BRAND ASSOCIATE:

We are looking for a responsible Brand Assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Luca + Grae brand. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the brand manager’s working life and communication.  Position is a multi-faceted role in which you will be immersed in the brand of Luca + Grae in numerous areas such as warehouse, sales, buying, brand establishment, and the overall operations of the brand. 

Responsibilities 

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients 
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence 
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately 
  • Manage schedule of meetings and appointments 
  • Source outside needs pertaining to company requirements 
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs 
  • Devise and maintain office organization system 
  • Assist on photoshoots including, photographers, models and merchandise needs 
  • Communication with manufacturers and Warehouse Manager skills to resolve merchandise issues 

Requirements 

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant
