We are looking for a Warehouse/Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily flow and duties of our warehouse as well as manage all customer service inquiries through all avenues to ensure customer satisfaction for our brand.  This role is a full-time position that requires an extremely organized, go getter, and leader mentality.  Experience and knowledge of retail and shipping is required. 



  • Site management of inventory and listings for all items 
  • New freight inventory, organization and incoming processing including inspection of garments for damages, errors in orders, and incorrect inventory of garments. 
  • Contact point and liaison between vendors for correcting orders and problems with new inventory including following through process to point of resolution and issue is complete 
  • Answer all customer service inquiries via email as well as through all avenues pertaining to customer service needs 
  • Ensure all customer service issues are resolved in a timely, efficient and professional manner 
  • Creating listings for new inventory as well as the organization of our warehouse floor and maintaining a systematic format for online and offline merchandise 
  • Shipping of merchandise to customers and as well as maintenance and supervision of all incoming orders and order accuracy 
  • Management of all warehouse supplies and shipping materials inventory 
  • Oversee all warehouse staff and warehouse schedule of employees and time management 
  • Photoshoot prep of garments ensuring complete accuracy of all items to be photographed and garments are photoshoot ready in all aspects 
  • Assisting with merchandise during shoots including dressing models and organization of products to create an efficient photoshoot process 
  • Coordination of bi-annual full inventory of all products in company stock  
  • Onsite warehouse sale biannually at Luca + Grae location 
  • Training and assisting warehouse employees in all warehouse related capacities and management of staff 
  • Creating and maintaining logs of all necessary warehouse procedures for accuracy and organizational purposes 
  • Weekly meeting with Luca + Grae staff to communicate all new and existing warehouse and brand business 
  • Any and all other warehouse and office tasks needed as directed by the COO or Assistant Brand Manager 


  • High School Diploma 
  • Two years’ experience in fashion retail, management experience preferred 
  • Experience in shipping and customer service with a company of a similar background 
  • Highly organized and motivated personality that works well in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong ability to manage staff with a positive and team player attitude 
  • Personifies an excellent ability to take direction and adapt quickly to new procedures  
  • Initiative to create new and more efficient procedures within the spectrum of their role within the company 
  • Full comprehension and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word 
  • Ability to create spreadsheets, documents, and lists in an efficient format to use across all aspects of brand to ensure organization and communication 
  • Strong communication and active listening skills 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multitask daily 
  • Strong grammar and spelling knowledge to ensure format, wording, and accuracy in all customer communication emails and responses 
  • Ability to work in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Experience in handling invoicing, data entry, spreadsheets, email formatting, filing, and clerical documents 
  • Strong knowledge in computer skills and experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platform  
  • Ability to navigate websites and online content through all company portals 
  • Positive disposition with a fun and outgoing personality a plus 


This is a full-time position with operational hours Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Position is located in Kaysville, Utah (Salt Lake City and surrounding area physical location is required).
