Luca + Grae is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. This position will oversee all marketing strategies, branding, and all channels for the brand. The ideal candidate should have natural leadership abilities and be able to communicate effectively with team members. A highly organized and analytical thinker will be key in this role. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work individually or as a team if needed.


  • Manage all marketing efforts for Luca + Grae
  • Plan and implement promotional calendar for sales, campaigns and collection launches
  • Develop the overall marketing strategy
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget
  • Create and manage paid media on multiple channels (Facebook, IG, Pinterest, and Google ads)
  • Continually searching for new marketing ideas and ventures
  • Monitor and report on results and KPIs of promotions and campaigns
  • Work closely with graphic designer and content creator to create cohesive communication for new campaigns, product launches, etc.
  • Manage the ambassador program and influencer marketing relations
  • Coordinate Social Media Management and overall structure of all marketing efforts for brand
  • Perform other duties as needed


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in the e-commerce industry)
  • Degree in marketing, communication, or relevant field
  • Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce apps
  • Ability to perform in high pressure, fast-paced working environment
  • Must have good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Has natural leadership skills and abilities
  • Exceptional eye for design and brand awareness

This is a full-time position with operational hours Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position is located in Kaysville, Utah (Salt Lake City and surrounding area. Physical location is required).

Luca + Grae is seeking a part-time Shipping/Warehouse Associate to process daily shipping and distribution, manage inventory and process incoming merchandise as well as the organization and structure of all warehouse procedures. You will be the one to ensure all orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner as well as all other aspects pertaining to daily warehouse operations.

A successful shipping/warehouse associate is analytical, extremely well-organized and excels in communication. They must be comfortable with paperwork and information systems and preferably have knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

The goal is to ensure that the shipping process and warehouse activities are running smoothly and effectively and our warehouse environment is positive and efficient!


  • Warehouse procedures focused on shipping, receiving, inventory, customer service, and cleaning
  • Efficiently use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
  • Manage all important documents such as customer invoices, shipping labels and forms, incoming merchandise invoices, system operations and accuracy reports
  • Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment
  • Inspect labels and other features of completed orders
  • Cleaning of workspaces and warehouse areas to ensure organization and structure
  • Collaborate with all pertinent employees of Luca + Grae to optimize overall success of company
  • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
  • Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
  • Report to management on activities and issues
  • New inventory processing using software to create new listings, as well as order accuracy, quality control, sizing, tagging, hanging, and warehouse placement
  • Customer service including via email, and messaging systems to ensure customer needs are being met pertaining to orders, merchandise and stock and any customer service issues

  • We are willing to train for this entry level position.  Retail experience a plus
  • This is a part time position with operational hours Monday – Friday 9:00 -a.m. - 1:00 p.m.   Some weekend work will be required several times annually for full warehouse inventory and holiday shipments.
